Tracey has more than 20 years of experience in the law with a focus on residential and commercial real estate, successfully closing thousands of real estate deals. She handles transactions from beginning to end, starting with negotiating the contact, obtaining and reviewing the title, advising on all inspection matters, working with the lender and doing all the work needed to make the final closing as easy as possible.
